Our next Health Stores Mastermind Forum event will be live-streamed from Sheaf Street Health Store in Daventry.

This will be a ‘first’ for the store, says Sheaf Street’s owner – and Mastermind Forum host – Cheryl Thallon.

The session will be built around a special in-store event on the theme of nutritional and physical wellbeing during menopause, and features a fantastic speaker line-up:

Dr Siobhan Brennan is a GP, ultrarunner, friend to the independent health food retail trade, and a passionate evangelist for integrated medicine.

Aimee Benbow, is author of the ‘Menopause Journal’, qualified nutritionist, and Nutrition Director at Viridian.

Dawn French is a personal trainer, trained in gymnastics and committed to helping women navigate the menopause with particular focus on mental health and physical strength.

Each speaker will present their perspective on menopausal management, followed by a group Q&A. Additional questions from our zoom audience can be added into the chat.
